Halfbacks are looking for enthusiastic, lively and energetic individuals with experience in working with children to join their expanding network of coaches. The candidate needs to be flexible, working weekend’s mornings and sometimes available for parties and events. We are looking for an extremely outgoing personality who can keep children entertained and active. A back ground in rugby union is useful and RFU Coaching or Teaching certificates are beneficial.

You will be required to follow a set structure of class activities, adapting the programme to ensure the needs of the group are continually met and gradual improvement takes place.

Full training will be provided to the right candidates; this may include the completion of the RFU scrum factory, tag rugby, rugby ready and Level One Course as relevant, and Paediatric First Aid.

Please note a police CRB check will be undertaken and candidates must hold a valid work permit or visa to work in the UK.
